Anyone try their products? I'm intrigued by the Organic Healing Balm because my hands have been a little too crone-like for my taste lately.

Love love. Seriously. Everything I've gotten from them has been great. Haven't used the healing balm though. They carry the line at target now too!

Their dispute with the Honest Toddler struck me as really petty and kind of turned me off of the products.

Agree with gem. Other (handmade and carefully crafted by human beings) products you could consider would be Everything Balm from Goodies Unlimited -- this stuff is supposed to be miraculous. I would assume Not Your Mother's Apron body butters and lotion bars are pretty swell. And I really like the scents and moisturizing of Lo-Lo Body Bars. If organic was part of what was important to you, they do source organic coconut oil.

The Honest healing balm works really well for chapped skin. The only problem is the smell. It's sort of a sweet honey smell, and both my daughter and I HATE it. That said, I use it on her lips and cheeks when she's got a cold and can't smell it.

Me too! Aquaphor works pretty well on my hands in the winter. I bought some cheap cotton gloves on Amazon, and I'll put a think layer of Aquaphor on under them before going to sleep at night.

What happened with Honest Toddler? And thanks for the other suggestions! The constant weather changes are doing a number on my hands.

Me too! Honest Todller started as a funny blog by a mom written from the standpoint of a toddler. It was hilarious and as you can imagine became very big, book, etc. Jessica Alba's company Honest Company tried to make her cease and desist, it left a really bad taste in a lot of moms mouths. HT is still around but it was really bed for a while.

Yep I got pretty turned off by that too, but I hear their products are good. Just beware if you sign up for their free trial you're automatically enrolled in their monthly service, so if you don't cancel before the trial period is over you'll get charged whatever their monthly fee is.

I totally missed this.. can i still blame baby brain? lol ... I get the diapers/wipes/diaper rash crap/baby balm/etc from them from a friend for a shower gift (subscription for 6 months i think) and I love the honest toddler.. I'm a walking contradiction! lol

I like Honest products a lot. I got a diaper cake as a gift with 120 diapers, a bunch of their stuff (detergents, balms, lotions, bodywashes), and they are all really great. The diapers are awesome and fit well around C. Their laundry detergent is great for getting C's reflux spitup out of her clothes; I've never had any other soap be able to lift those particular stains. So, despite the fact that the company is a bully, I still like the stuff they produce.
