Do you back up to a computer? I think it's easier to get a handle on storage space through iTunes. You can also adjust what is syncing from there.

(You can also play with "Manage storage" on the phone itself, but it's almost certainly going to be photos, videos, or music.)

I thought you all should know that, I hate my phone right now. Lol
Today it started retrieving texts I already deleted. It won't send sms, only iMessages. All my emails for hotmail and Gmail are gone. All the settings I had turned off, keep turning back on. I had dh back up my pictures. I still cannot update the iOS. And I even purchased more storage. Im so annoyed. It's 6 months old.

Sounds like something with the iCloud syncing to me If it's turning on settings and reorganizing your stuff. The iCloud stuff is very frustrating, particularly with multiple people and devices on one account. I wish they made it "opt in" as a default instead of opt out.

I took it to Apple today. They compared it to having a clogged drain. My stuff just had nowhere to go, so it just over flowed... They completely douched it. Everything came back on via the cloud. It runs like a formula one car now. I'm grateful for the tech people. What a difference.
