Woke up to find that our brand new refrigerator to replace the one that wasn't freezing had defrosted overnight. We had a power flicker, and apparently when this happens, Samsung models power back on in demo mode. So pissed. That's crazy that it defaults to the demo setting! Did you check the manual to see if you could change the default somehow? Seems like a really dumb design flaw.Wife of a surgical fellow; Mom to a busy toddler girl and 5 furballs (2 cats, 3 dogs)

Not yet, but it's on the list of things to do today.
