  • iPhone 4s Question

I avoided downloading the iOS update for a long time but iMessage stopped working last week and kept sending as texts so I downloaded the blasted thing. Since then, the Internet keeps crashing and it takes a long time to upload webpages. But most importantly, the battery is draining really rapidly as in it'll be 100 percent then go down to 89 in just 30 minutes. Is there any way I can repair this without upgrading? I'm not due for an upgrade for a long time

I hope you get an answer. I've heard bad things about the ios8 update on the 4s.

Can you take it in to your service provider and have them help you?

Ugh, thanks Kris...I'm going to take it in this week if it's still acting up in a couple of days. Every time I've downloaded an update it's gone to hell

Yeah. No advice, but any update is always horrible for my phone.

Btw - my 5s can't really hold a charge either. It's fine if I don't touch it at all.... Which obviously happens often.... Ha!
