  • Text oops

Yesterday, I sent a group text to my mom, Amanda and Thomas of Zoe in her first pair of glasses. Thomas was the first to respond, but he didn't seem to get it when my mom started answering. He was busy at work and just kept on texting me. He texted me that for Christmas he wants a naked picture of me that he can hang in the bedroom. It went to everyone. LOL. My mom flipped out with a "keep it PG in here", Amanda said "gross" and I had to tell him "hello, this is a group text."

    Ugh.

Anyone else with texting oopses that they feel like sharing?

Lol. I've had to be careful of that because I often text MIL, FIL, and DH pics of the kids. And I like to send similar texts to DH

Haha, oops! I think I posted in here my text oops a while back. For some reason, if I get a text notification and touch that on my phone, when it opens the messaging app, it opens up to the last message I responded to. So, I had been texting with an old friend earlier when hubby sent me something, and I responded briefly, then texted about how I had had a fun dream about him that night. It was hours later before I realize what had happened, and the friend hadn't said anything in response. I texted and said uh, obviously I sent those to the wrong person! She laughed and said she figured.

Haha. I just get the occasional oops group text from our renters posting drunk pics. They're all home this week and I have to clean the appliances. They're gross.

That's a good one Kris! I haven't had any particularly funny ones lately but a friend of mine recently sent a rather sexual meme to her boss accidentally. Luckily she thought it was funny too.

Haha Kris! SO was on ambulance duty and I sent him an adult picture. He didn't expect it and opened it in front of everyone. Let's just say he was a hero that night

I got one from my son's teacher scolding me to remove an offensive post from my Facebook feed. I was so confused. What did I post? How did she see it? Did I friend her? Was I hacked? Turns out, her teenaged daughter has the same first name as me and she intended the text for her.
