            Today is DH's birthday. It's been a quiet day. ILs left for four days for VT before they return again for another week. I did hang our "happy birthday" banner that has graced all birthdays (including a few teachers). I hope it last forever and I can mail to my kids spouses for their birthdays away from home some day. It ties our birthday memories and pictures together.

              I feel like doctor death. First our dog on Friday, tonight one of our cats. I hope I don't have to hold another animal while it takes it's last breaths, for a long time.
