  • So it begins!

Well, After trolling in the background for these last few months, I am near to being a true medical spouse. My wife just got the call last evening. She will be attending the UNC School of Medicine! After an evening of celebration and more minutes used on my cell phone than I have, we look to August 10th with great joy in our hearts!!!
So, I guess you will be hearing all about it from me as the 4 years pass.
Thanks for letting me join you!

The adventure does begin... I was trolling around this site months before my husband got accepted-- I even posted before he was accepted! 8O

                    Congratulations!

How wonderful for you that your wife got into the school she wanted....and you don't even need to move (Godsend)! UNC is a good school, tell your wife to do plastics when she picks a surgery rotation. All the med students have a good time on the service and the group is super nice (my husband being one).

I will probably run into your wife at some point as well since I call on UNC as one of my accounts....

Congratulations again, you two will have a long road ahead, but in the end it is all worth it.
