We have a cleaning lady that comes every other week ($80 each time and I tip $10) and a nanny. How much am I supposed to gift them for Christmas??

I'd say round up to $100 with a nice card.

Our house cleaner comes every other week. I don't tip her each time (we pay $90), but I give her an additional $90 each year for Christmas.

Yes, she cleans my friend's house, which is the same size as ours. My friend pays the same and tips the same, so I didn't want to be the cheapskate. And she does a good job...and the nanny and kids are home so she has to work around them. I felt like $80 was on the low side too.

I tip every time, too. $90 and round up to $100. And I give them drinks take with then when they're done. They're exceptionally good--will take clothes out of the dryer and fold them, load DW and unload it when they're about to leave.

For Xmas, they get another $100.
