This vacation is exhausting. I kind of hope we don't have dinner plans so we can just eat at Cracker Barrel then veg out in the hotel.

Weird day. DH was in and out of the house all night, on call, so I slept like shit. I kept waking up in a fog wondering if he'd come home, get up, look, go back to bed. I even dreamed he came back to bed and woke up wondering if he'd gotten paged again. Gave up on sleep at 4:45, ate a bunch of cookies Michele sent, then did some research for my fam's Thanksgiving 2015 trip (I'm in charge this year. I do not anticipate it being nearly as stressful as hosting Christmas for the in laws. At least I hope not). Then slept from 9:30-11:30. DH has my car because the neighbors parked behind him last night. So I'm "stuck." though everything I'd want to do today is within walking distance. Will I go anywhere? Will I bake cookies for the exchange? Who fucking knows..
But I'll tell you one thing. IT'S SO NICE TO RELAX!!!Comment

On my way to another blood test in a bit. Have to clean the house when I get back because it's tradition to have a clean house when the new year starts. Trying not to stress out about everything that needs to be done life wise.Comment
