  • Small Gift Ideas for 4-Year-Old Boy

I'm sending my friend a gift for her new baby girl, and I want to include something small for her 4-year-old son, too. Any ideas? I know he's into golf, but I'm not sure what else. I was thinking about a book, but I don't know what books are popular with that age group. I'd like to be able to order everything from Amazon, so it can be wrapped and shipped for me. TIA!

DS is really into Rescue Bots transformers right now. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00A8U...=AC_SY200_QL40

For books, we are loving The Book with No Pictures. It's hilarous!! http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/080374...=AC_SY200_QL40

My kids love the wind up toys. They flip, jump, race. You can get an assortment at craft stores for cheaps. The "splat" toys are fun too. Only on the windows, not walls because the oil stains.

What Laurie said. Also anything superhero, slinky, stickers, colored pencils, dinosaurs.

DS loves all books but the Bernstein bears are a favorite right now. He got a watch and telescope (mini like for a pirate) in his stocking. Those were both well liked and about $10 on amazon.
