  • Ugh. Sinuses.

My sinuses are stuffy. I think this might be the start of a sinus infection.

I actually have the same thing going on here with me. I have been feeling under the weather. I hate the stuffy nose/full sinus feeling.

I hope this turns out to be nothing for both of us. You have a lot on your plate right now with feeling tired too. Can you get in and see your doctor? Do you take something when you get sinus infections?

      Hugs,

I can't even blow my nose. The block is so high up I'll likely need abx to fix it. I really don't like paying $30 to get a $4 rx from the doctor. I think I'll try something really spicy for dinner yo see if that helps.

Ugh. I usually can avoid abx. My sinuses don't get as bad as you describe. I hope the spicy dinner helps.....or maybe some Afrin? That's probably not enough power.

Take care of you. You need to pamper yourself today!

Afrin likely won't be enough but I'll give it a try.

Well, I really abuse the Afrin. I use a LOT to clear things up. That might not be sage advice.

I so feel you here. Happened to me two weeks ago. It was awful.

I think more than half of the patients I have seen in the past few weeks have been complaints of sinus pain.

2 scoops of salsa on my chipotle burrito and some afrin seems to be holding it off for now. DH and I took the puppy for a walk/run tonight though and that always messes with my sinuses.
