Or anyone else -- I'm making bone broth today, and I have some lamb: any go-to lamb stew recipes you recommend?

(The cold has hit us badly).

I tend to go to a tagine. Cook long and slow.

      Good recipe

Excellent! I did something a tad different: seared the meat, then spread it into a baking sheet to bake. Combined wet and dry together after - meat was perfectly spiced all on its own, and the tagine simply delicious. 😊
            I have a new go-to lamb recipe!
