    We have Comcast and haven't had much trouble with it...we're located in So Cal. I think we pay about $60 a month. If we had cable through them, we would get a discount, but we have Directv (which I totally love...we've had it for 3 years and it's never been down and it's cheaper than cable in our area!!)

    Comcast has been great and our cable connection is super fast. We originally had AT&T which was then taken over by Comcast. When it was AT&T, the service totally sucked and their customer service was even worse!!

      Really? I'm glad you mentioned this because it wouldn't have occurred to me at all! My husband uses our internet connection (dial-up ) all the time to look up labs and test results. He's always saying we should switch to some sort of high-speed connection, but I've been a little hesitant because of the cost. If we can justify it as an unreimbursed business expense though, that might be another story... Thanks for the info!
