What is your favorite room in your house ...

I like our living room (even though the cats have destroyed the furniture). The fireplace is there and the kids gather there for homework, etc.

I also like the little room at the top of our stairs because I designed a stain glass window representing my family in butterflies to go in it. The window looks out over our inside stairs.

Love the stained glass! So pretty!

Mine is also our living room. We have a wall of windows (that is a heating/cooling nightmare, but it's so pretty) and a very high ceiling. It's so open and pretty when we open up the blinds.

That stained glass window is gorgeous!

I suppose mine would be our kitchen/living area. It's open, so it's fun to have people over or keep the other person company while one of us cooking/cleaning.

My master bathroom. With the door closed. And the shower running. I put down pillows on the floor, light a few candles, turn off the light, and read in KID-FREE peace. The shower acts as white noise.

My kitchen. It's basically a green house with a oven, island and refrigerator in it. There is so much natural light which is significant in this dark, cold corner of the US. We can see all our chipmunks, rabbits, birds and loose neighborhood dogs and cats. It's my happy place
