Untying myself from cable

Another update: Still going strong without cable. The only thing I was missing was watching the local news sometimes, so I bought a Mohu Leaf (an HD antenna), and now I can watch all the local channels for free. The "Leaf" looks like a piece of paper, and I have it stuck to the wall behind my TV so it's completely hidden. $30 well spent.
If anyone is thinking about cord cutting, I can't recommend it enough. I was a total TV addict, and getting rid of cable has REALLY cut down on how much we watch. And with all the workarounds, there aren't any shows I'm not able to see without a cable subscription.
