    If you used holiday shopping to buy things for yourself this year.

    I don't know what it was this year, but I went crazy buying therapy-related books for myself. Every time I got in Amazon to buy someone a gift, I bought myself a book or two. I'm expecting 10 books with the first one coming today. 🤗

    I've never quite used holiday shopping like this! Yay me!

    I love books. I would do the same thing in a bookstore. Amazon doesn't have the same effect on me because I can't see /feel them. But I caress books in bookstores. Dh thinks I'm so awkward...

      I dig the smell. Libraries and home improvement stores are some of my favorites.

            We have an Amazon bookstore here now. It's an actual bookstore with books at Amazon prices. I think we are the test market for it, but watch out--that place sucks money right out of your wallet!

              Very interesting but not a surprise.

              I didn't shop quite as much for myself as usual but maybe that's because last year I bought myself the same pair of earrings DH got me for Christmas. Both pays arrived the same day and I put two and two together. Final sale. I never had the guts to tell him so they've been hiding for over a year.
