    I'd buy this house and renovate it. We can afford the property as an investment, but my cautious side tells me that it's a hopeless money pit and I'd regret it. Ah, if you KNEW you'd succeed, choices would be different.

        That house and property look ahhhmazing as is...is it updating AC, plumbing, etc? The inside looks updated in a traditional sort of way. What's wrong with it - other than being a PITA to upkeep? Looooove the stairwell.

                        There are many castle houses down there. Cleveland has insanely good housing stock - and this is from a northeast snob's view.
