    Yoga, practicing mindfulness & faith. Oh and the strong belief (based on life experience) that as crappy as something is, I have the power to choose whether it will strengthen me or break me.

            God, exercise, sleep, having a plan and alternative options, that first cup of coffee in the morning, reading (how I miss it!), believing that I get better with age.

                          I just started coaching rowing again and it's suuuuper relaxing, just being on the water, focusing intently on a single problem in the boat and trying to figure out how to fix it (until it's halfway through practice and I'm still focusing on the same friggin problem and argh just, just, just ROW BETTER!!!)
