So we are freaking moving again. Cross-country move again. It's being paid for, but we are getting reimbursed. (Not that it's super relevant).
Anyway, so they threw a little wrench in my typical tipping plan. Today they sent FIVE packers. None of which will be back tomorrow for moving.
I do not think packing was too bad. We move every year. Many things are still packed in plastic totes and I am crazy and put almost everything in big ziplock bags because I like to know where it's packed. We also moved the babies and all of their stuff, except furniture, to my parents. So it really cleaned out our house pretty well.
But moving will suck big time. We have a three story house with a bunch of stairs to get in the front. It's freaking hot.
So I don't know. I've never had more than two packers. We would usually do $200 for pack. $300ish for move. And then tip when it arrives (3rd crew).
Is 200 absurdly low for five people?
