Greatest strength/biggest flaw

My biggest strength is caring for others and getting stuff done. I can multi task like crazy and come through in a pinch. I was very self sufficient as a child bc I had to be. My parents divorced when I was 4yo and my dad raised me. I was an only child and carried a big load from age 5. My biggest flaw is lack of self confidence and not taking care of myself. I will literally make myself sick to the point of physical exhaustion. I've even been to the hospital for it. Fun times.

Strength is definitely organization and an iron will to get things done. I can crush a good list and easily think several steps ahead at all times without trying. My boss says I have a congenital inability to procrastinate.
Weakness is definitely seeing things as black and white and being too severe. I'm way too hard on people including myself. I never just make a mistake or forget anything, I "was stupid/careless/an idiot", etc. It's especially unhelpful when it spills over to my children and I'm too hard on developmentally normal behaviors or too quick to label things a problem rather than rolling with the punches. I know where I get it, I'm working on it.

Strength is networking and having a plan. I usually "know someone" and am good at sifting through a lot of information to get to a strategic path. I love researching places to live, vacations, and getting the best deal. The downside is I can be a tad overwhelming.
Weakness--I can be overly sensitive and take things too personally. Things that should be on the periphery of my life have way too much of an effect on me.Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.

My strengths are my loyalty, sense of justice, ability to research things, and getting good deals. My flaws would be my shyness, I'm easily distracted, and I can be a big procrastinator.

Strength is probably determination...also known as stubbornness. If I set my mind to do something, I'm going to do it, and do it well - to the best of my ability, anyway.
Weakness is probably timidness.
I feel like I've known these for a long time, and they haven't changed much.Allison - professor; wife to a urology attending; mom to baby girl E (11/13), baby boy C (2/16), and a spoiled cat; knitter and hoarder of yarn; photographer

I'm very Type A which is both a strength and a weekeness. I'm great at organizing and getting things done. At the same time though, my type A personality often crosses the boundary into high functioning anxiety. I can't say when I discovered this because it's been my way for as long as I remember. I have noticed that I'm more anxious as I'm getting older though.
I'm also really good at entertaining and networking. It's part of the Type A thing. I can organize people and anticipate what's necessary for an event. I will visualize every detail of the event from start to finish to make sure we don't run out of toilet paper or something. It's such a relief when everything goes smoothly.
Also, I'm finding that not great at emotional regulation. I have a quick temper and little patience. Probably also related to being a Type A neurotic. That is also becoming more pronounced as I'm getting older.
I'm going to be so popular in the retirement home.

I feel like we are very similar, E. Except that I'm an introvert so not good at entertaining. But excellent at working a room. Not because I like it but because it's useful and so I will myself through it.

Remember Monica on friends? She insisted that everything was always at her house. Her friends teased her for being controlling, a neat freak, and organized but she was warm and the mother hen at the same time. I'm such a Monica.

My friends call me "the puppet master" because I'm ALWAYS the one making plans. And I've been a "mom" since I was little. Funny!
