    ...I hadn't heard about this until today when my FIL sent this link. Anyone heard about this? I certainly hope that no one has ever been involved with something like this, that would be very stressful....

    I kinda think it's great! Doctors should support each other....not call each other "bad doctors." I think if the docs all stick together, there will be less malpractice...I mean, unless one doc does something real bad or negligent, but otherwise, doctors working for lawyers? that sucks.

      I think that there are so many malpractice cases that are humbug...and that the docs who step out and provide 'expert testimony' should be taken down. That being said, in cases of true negligence, you do want expert witnesses.....Interesting article...thanks Matt.
