I'm wondering if anyone has a go to bag that is big enough for a large wallet and a few items but not as large as something you might use as a carryon for travel? I carry an epi pen for one of my kids. I could care less about brands (that's not a deal breaker either way) but I would like something nice that lasts. Any ideas? I'd like to look a tiny bit more "put together" but won't sacrifice organization.

I have a tote from Gap that I love! It only has one inside pocket though, so you'd need an organizer or some smaller pouches to keep stuff together. I like it because I can fit a 12" laptop, notepad, snacks, and a water bottle without it losing it's shape. Makes me feel more stylish than a backpack.

Something I've always thought would be fun would be to go to the local brand-name handbag consignment shop and just poke around for something that looks like it fits my needs and also "sparks joy".

But what I actually carry is a nylon Healthy Back Bag. It holds SO much stuff, painlessly.

The common theme in my go to bags are the little feet/tabs on the bottom. The just hold their shape so much better. I've had from name brand to stuff bought at Marshalls. I use one everyday for work.

I have a coach bag similar to this size that I love. I like crossbody bags to be hands free and it is big enough to hold things when I am out with my kids but not too large that it is bulky.

I'm about to loose my girl card, but I typically could care less about purses and nice shoes. I don't even know the cool labels. LOL. I am carrying a LUG over the shoulder bag which is about as trendy as I get. I like it because it has an umbrella holder and can be thrown in the wash. Utility is my main purpose.

** this comment is not made sanctimoniously. I have areas that I spend mad money in. Purses and shoes just don't jazz me. Viva la difference.

I actually need a new bag badly. Christmas present maybe. Can someone - anyone - white time and like some knowledge of what's out there right now- suggest a post diaper bag mom bag... but it can't be too big because I physically can't deal with a giant heavy bag. I think maybe cross body. Maybe room for like one size of each diaper (in a pinch for like a few months), and maybe two kids water bottles. But I can find a way (little clips etc) to deal with those too.

Ugh it's so sad that I loved bags so much and would like happily not eat out for three weeks to get a bag I loved... and now that it doesn't matter much, I can't even think of a bag to buy!

I love my Madewell Transport Tote. It’s big enough to carry a lot but still super light.

I like my Long champ bag. I can put almost all my personal belongings inside.
