Ugh. Worst mistake I ever made. I wanted to put my hair up in a pony tail and have something on the front of my face. Now my hair looks awful up or down. The problem is that I have super frizzy hair under the bang layer. Also, I just look bad in bangs. Any advice?

I've given up on bangs, for my daughter and me. They are just a pain.

I know. I also hate that there will be an awkward growing out stage and I won’t know what to do with my hair.

So I just got a John Freida hot air brush off Amazon and I LOVE it. Dries the hair as it brushes. Picked up a $4 anti-frizz cream with it as an add-on item. I think with the right product and style tool your hair will smooth out. All said and done, $30 total. My hair looks way better and less frizzy, and I'm not a style wiz by any stretch. Check it out!

See, I HAVE to have bangs. My forehead is like an omnimax screen. Viva la difference.

Just saw this! I got the 1.5". Hair is to my shoulders and it just smooths it out, gives some volume, and I can sort of curl the ends in or out depending on how I use it. I think if I'd gotten the 1" I could work some more defined curls or waves in, but 1.5" is serving my needs well!
