    Birthdays

    Any "doctor" related things do you do for your Dr. spouse on their birthday? Today is DH's birthday and I realized I don't know what it's like in a hospital setting. We are doing our normal things but was wondering if there are any hospital/DR things.

    Hm. My hubby's "work family"/colleagues tried to surprise him with a party last year, but because of that he refused to admit when his actual birthday was. So they just picked a day they knew was close, and gave him some gifts, LOL.

    Is that what you mean about "hospital things?" Or do you mean, like, giving him compression socks for a gift? Because it turns out compression socks are an awesome gift.

      omg that is too funny.

      I never go see him at the hospital. Maybe next year I'll let him buy lunch for the techs.

        Today is my husband's birthday too! And, we did pretty much nothing. Basically the same thing we did for my birthday.

          Omg awesome !!!

          Well he got the best gift, they let him leave an hour before sign out!!! They didn’t even know it was his birthday!!!!
