Flu Shot Question

I'm taking the kids to get flu shots today, and DD (17 months) woke up with a mild cold. Should I still take her today, or should I wait until her cold clears up?

I’d call the office, our old ped would give flu shots during colds.

CDC website says yes, vaccines.gov says no. So annoying. I have to bring the older boys in anyway, so I think I’ll bring her in and see what the nurse says.

We’re already on our third round of sickness since school started less than a month ago. 🙄

I would take her unless she has a fever. I think that's what we've gone by in the past.

I've been wondering about this also. G can't get his for 2 more months, but he's had a cold almost since starting daycare and I feel like that will be the rest of our fall. Hoping they can do it with just colds!

Personally I don’t get the flu shot unless I’m 100% healthy or I feel like crap.
