    What is your favorite animal?

I love frogs and toads and I raised them from eggs from the 4th-12th grades. I also kept fire belly toads. A few years ago, we had African clawed frogs but they eventually died. Now Thomas forbids me from bringing more creatures into the house.

Growing up it was seals. I collected them everywhere I went. I don't even remember why. I have stuffed animals, music boxes, ceramic statues, carvings. They are all packed away somewhere in my parents house. As an adult, probably the mountain lion.

Why the mountain lion? That’s neat that you still have your seal collection tucked away. My frog collection got lost in a move for fellowship.

Its kind of silly, but I once had this really vivid dream with a mountain lion. I can't remember it exactly but it I remember in the dream that I was trying to go into the garage but there was a mountain lion in there. I think after that I went back inside and was obsessing and fretting about the lion and someone came in through the garage and I was like, how did you get past the lion? They said to me, you've been worrying about the wrong thing, what you should be afraid of is in the back yard. Since then, the the mountain lion has always been a symbol to me to look and see if what I'm worrying about is really a problem, or if I'm just making it a problem. It's almost calming to me.

I really want an alpaca. I THINK I love them. But I dint really know much about them - dh already said I can't get one, so I haven't researched them too much. When we get our attending house with a pasture I'm going to try again!
