Is there anything out there to help organize the tasks? I found one, but it preloads jobs. Everything else is games. How do you keep it all organized?

Fly lady but she is intense for a newbie. Don’t feel like you have to do everything all at once.

I saw that app. How is she intense? Would her program work for a beginner?

If you try to do everything she says, you'll go insane.

😂You’ve made me curious now. I’ll probably download it to see what she says!

I started my journey to being a semi-decent housekeeper with Flylady! Back in my day, she was notorious for sending dozens of emails a day reminding you what you should be cleaning. Drove people up a wall. I never used the emails though. I read through her baby steps, and listened to some of her podcasts. My favorite part of Flylady is the psychology. She VERY VERY STRONGLY emphasizes forgiving yourself. It's okay if things are crazy and overwhelming. Start with just one tiny thing and build on it. And it's okay if you fall behind and don't even do the one tiny thing. Tomorrow's a new day and you can always get back on board.

Once I got over that psychological hurdle though, I went straight to the system that Flylady herself started from: Sidetracked Home Executives.

I've also heard Unfuck Your Habitat is a really great system for getting into new routines.
