    I got my very first laptop...an Averatec 3200 with mobile networking...I'm sitting here in the van waiting for Alex to be done with Kindergarten and I thought "hmmmm...I wonder if I can get online"...and here I am...online connected to some linksys network.....

    This could be a very good...or bad thing I'll never get any work done if I can be online anywhere!

    If you can access the internet, that must mean someone nearby doesn't have any security put on their internet access, right? (or maybe a coffee shop or something). Ah, nothing like free internet.

      Funny thing...it was pretty much in the middle of nowhere.....his montessori school is at a new church that is still in a pretty rural area. I think I'm going to have to start snooping around town for all of these 'free internet' areas.

        That is really neat! If I had that it would be a bad thing because I hardly get off the computer as it is! Congrats on your new laptop!
