This is fun for me right now, everytime we get a new interview I spend hours surfing for houses in our price range... fun to see what your money (well actually your loan) will get you in different areas..

Kristen,
This was one of my favorite parts of preparing for the post-residency move! We are also considering selling and moving to a new home and even though we are just in the 'consider' phase, I have become a regular at realtor.com! It is so much fun!

Yeah I have fun dreaming too (during house shopping), I often look at houses in the +200K range (actually it is even more fun to look at a house that is plus +600K) and dh will always walk by and say why don't you drop down to the -100k range.. but I just tell him let me have my fun, a girl can dream right? I love realtor.com!
