I just got off the phone with Kris, and we realized that I've been posting on a "phantom board". Apparently, my favorites held the old link. So, if you've been wondering where SueC, suwannee, and gmdcblack have been, well they were over there with me.

This is funny and sad at the same time. Last night, Chris and I wer talking and she asked me "where is everyone"....I had no idea what she was talking about...she said that the tumbleweeds were blowing through the forums

I had no idea why...I told her to clear her cookies, etc...and then finally figured out that she had bookmarked the old site. I only recently reloaded it so that I can transfer over the articles, etc. I wonder how many people have it bookmarked and came and just finally gave up.

That is too much! I couldn't believe it when I realized that there were two boards going....and when I went over there, I felt so bad....someone had posted a 'where is everyone'? thread. I was just imagining them thinking that the board had died and they were all alone out there. 8)

The amazing thing about this board is that it says I joined when I was 3 years old! I was quite a precocious child, I guess.

Anyway, life with the new baby is....tired. My daughter had a tough time at first, but she's adjusting. The baby is HUGE, and getting huger...errr...more huge.... every day. Sleeps here and there.

I'm substitute teaching and will hopefully build up a tutoring practice, which seems pretty lucrative.

You know, I LOVE weather, but seeing what's going on in the southeast this year, I mostly love it watching it on TV and on http://www.nhc.noaa.gov
Never been happier to live in the climatically boring northeast.
Hope those of you down south stay dry and safe.
