We're going to New Orleans for Thanksgiving! Can't wait. DH insists that we use the entire 4 weeks of his vacation time and since I only get 2, we have to be creative and travel during long weekends.

Matt is doing an independent study month at a private hospital focusing on OB. So it means he will have Turkey day off. Plus he has Christmas off for his vacation week, and how the vacation is worked he will end up having New Year's off as well. I think that will be a first in 5 years.
My parents are talking about coming out to see us, but we will see. My mom just started a new job in the Telemetry Unit at a hospital. She has decided she misses nursing at the age of 53, and is going back to get her RN, which she used to have a long time ago (long story).
We have invited another family over. I like making a lot of food for T-day, just never have enough people to enjoy it. Hopefully that isn't so this year.
