An Archeology course focused on Hugh Nibley's work would be my number one pick followed by:
Physics 101
Drafting (architecture)
Massachusetts Government (emphasis on state politics and government history)
Archery (I just think it would be sooooo cool to say I could do this)

Art History.
Read the cliffs notes on art in the Modern Girls Guide to Life and discovered that I already know enough about Modern art to fake it, but now I am facinated with really knowing about it.
I finally get why the guy was listening to music and staring at a Rothko at the museum at Yale years ago.
