  • Craig's list

Being the technology/internet neophyte that I am, I have never used Craig's List. That is, until we needed to sell one of our cars and tried at the neighbor's suggestion.
Well, in less than a week, we have sold the car -- for free! And managed all of the inquiries by email rather than phone.
    Craig's List rocks! It's worth a look.

We sold my husband's car on Craiglist before we left the bay area - had tons of calls and it was great because it was free. Its also great for apartments, at least in the bay area.

My husband and I LOVE Craig's list! We haven't found or sold a car that way but we did find our current apartment via that site.

We found a great cottage rental in Napa on Craig's List. I love that place.

Hey, must have been the same cave I was living in!
Actually, I had heard of it before but more in reference to, uh, relationship situations I wasn't really looking for.

I've looked at it before, but living out in the sticks as we do, well, let's just say where I live doesn't merit a mention on the site.
