I just heard about that too! That is so terribly sad.

That is awful. I am surprised how much crime there is in MO, for the lack of people. It is the #1 state for producing Meth.

Yep, I'm ashamed to admit I live in this back-assword state.
This story was terrible--it happened in a little town pretty close to where we live. I shudder to think what that poor woman was thinking when she was attacked and I wonder if she knew what the attacker was planning to do.

But, the good news is that they found the baby and the woman who did it- who claimed that she just went in to labor at the mall and called her husband to come pick her up. Nutcase.

It's a horrible story, that's for sure, but at least the baby is with her dad now.
