    Mortgages + House Hunting

    I have heard that there are some places that have special mortgages for physicians. Has anyone heard of this?

    We are hoping to search for a house the day after match and want to be pre-approved.

    We want to move in April or May to give the kids a little time to get acclimated and meet new friends before school is out for the summer. We have heard it is actually easier on the kids to move during the school year!

    Any advice on this stage (match > moving > residency)?
