  • MARCH MADNESS

Okay gang, the pinnacle of college basketball is here - YEH! You can probably all tell who I'm cheering for, who is everyone else cheering for?

    ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK, GO KU!

Not that I follow March Madness all that much, but since the only local team to make it is George Washington, they'll get my vote. I did actually take a few Master's classes there so I suppose it's kind of an Alma Mater. My actual Alma Mater is Division III, so- no hope there!

I'm following for the first time with my sports crazy 8 year old son. Does anyone know what OSU's chances are? That's who he's rooting for....

          Go U DUB (Washington)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The fact that they got a #1 seed is a bit bogus BUT what are you going to do? I also root for Gonzaga, Illinois is fun to watch, and GT is too!!!

I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!!!!!

Angie, OSU meaning Ok State? I would say their chances are pretty good. They have a decently difficult bracket but nothing that is too terrible, plus they're a 2 seed.

            In today's games I am 7/8 - yeh!

JAYHAWK FEVER!!! Hopefully they won't blow it this year (as they have every year since the Danny Manning era!)

Thanks Cheri! Now I kind of know what I'm talking about.....although after a day of deliberation with his friends, he has decided to root for...Illinois. I guess he isn't a "root for the underdog" type. Congratulations on your picks-you are doing fantastic!

And Bucknell? That's awesome, especially because WI (DH and MIL's Alma Mater) will play Bucknell rather than Kansas.

Last night had a few really fun games. DH actually fell asleep on the couch and I watched. That has NEVER happened before, but to his credit he was up the night before with sick DD. What a sweetie.

If the next three games are as tight as the 4 this weekend it should be a great final four regardless of who wins!

I always root for all of the teams from Kentucky. I am very excited for U of Louisville, but sad for Kentucky. How fun would it have been for those two to meet in the final game?
