you could pick your sick time? I think it would be so much easier in life if you knew exactly how many days a year our family needed to be sick and could schedule them? We came back from a trip and DD#2 got roto virus the week of Easter. She recovered and I got the virus only had no one to help me get some rest because DH had to work. If I could schedule the sick time, I might be able to schedule help so I could recover faster. Wishful thinking, anyway!

    Waving hand furiously!

I was sick for 20 days, went through 2 types of antibiotics. Went from strep to the flu to bronchitis.

It would also help in determining which insurance plan to go with. First time in forever that all of us have been sick so many times.

No kidding! I stayed up until 2am working on Tuesday--I still had tons more to do, but Mitchell woke up wheezing, with a fever, and was incredibly restless and I spent the entire rest of the night in the ER!!! I hope you guys are all better--we seem to be on the mend over here.

Yep I AGREE whole heartedly!!! I was more sick (and so were my kids) this season than the last 5 years combined and I came to a conclusion:

        Being sick sucks.

Being sick when you have to take care of young children is a friendly version of hell.
