I think I am about to lose my mind!! We are under the two week mark to move. I am so excited, but then I think about all that we have to do between now and then, and I just want to take a nice LONG nap and have it all behind us...
As of now, we only have one room semi-packed up. It seems to be a race to see if I can put things in the boxes faster then they can take them out. I made the mistake of packing up some of their toys, so now they think every box has stuff for them in it... and constantly try to retreive it! I am trying to pack while they nap, but lately the baby has been wanting his 'mommy time' during their naps... AAAUGGG!!! I am also trying to get moving cards out, alng with Benjamin's birth announcements (3 MONTHS late... but oh-well). This weekend is DH's last weekend off before the move, so he wants to do a trip toBoston since he hasn't been the whole time we've lived here. It should be fun, but that means that I get to plan all of our endevors on that trip as well.
Our house looks like a tornado just swept through and we have random things EVERYWHERE!! I tried to clean and organize for a few hours on Monday, but just gave that up completely since everything is going to end up in boxes anyway.
Not to mention that on our move, I am leaving a week before DH finishes his rotation (we have to be out of our apt here), so I get to travel mid way across the country alone with all three kids and the dog. Fun times, indeed!!
I think by the time of the Minnesota get-together, you will recognize me as the one in fetal position just rocking back and forth in the corner

Well, I better run, so many boxes... so little time!! Thanks for letting me vent for just a bit.

Just take a deep breath and focus in on the fact that it will be all over in a few weeks.
