  • I love Cleveland because

Last night, DH and my son went to a baseball game downtown. We are big baseball fans and the Indians are doing great this year. We've gone to half a dozen games here since we moved. My son was sitting in the right field lower section - Indians hat on, mitt on hand. One big Indians fan stood up and announced to the section "This is Home Run Alley. We are gonna get a ball here tonight, and we are giving it to that kid!" pointing to my son. Well ----he got one!!! :ra: A home run went to right field and the crowd tipped it back to my son's row and he caught it. He came home sooooo excited and showed me the bat marks on the ball. What nice people!!! I have to agree with Drew Carey- Cleveland rocks!

Cleveland is a GREAT sports town. I am pretty amazed people wanted to get a ball for your son ... it can get pretty comptetitve there. But that's fantastic. I'm envious you get to go to Jacobs Field (which my son Jacob calls "my field. that's where I play baseball!".

Enjoy it! And .... GO TRIBE!
