Every ingredient on the label is recognizable (chicken, carrots, cranberries) in the kind of "premium" pet food we buy, which makes me feel better.
We have started buying premium pet food as well. After watching food inc, i realized that I bet a lot of our dog food was just filled with "fillers" and what do you know, every name brand dog food (Puriana, Science Diet, etc) all had corn as thier first ingrediant. We immeditaly made the switch to natural premium foods without the by products. Our dogs are healthier, more active, don't shed as much, and they aren't pooping 6 times a day!!
