Who want to rent or buy a house starting in the Spring of '06? It's a 2 BR, den, 1 ba 1800 sq end unit townhouse. The pluses? We've redone the floors, repainted everything, redid the kitchen (the microwave and the refrigerator are new, the stove and D/W and disposal are nearly new), plus there's a new Maytag Neptune Dryer that could convey.
We also had closet stretchers come and redo all of the closets so that there's a built-in stereo cabinet/storage in the living room.
The backyard has a brick patio on one side and a wood deck on the other. The yard is maintained by the homeowners association, and there's 24 security. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. (although Hastert's Chief of Staff is looking a wee bit haggard these days)
So- pm me if anyone is interested! (and for those who are waiting for the Match- that's ok. We're lucky because the military notifies people in December. Then you sweat it waiting for them to change their minds)
