Norse Mythology Question

Ok, I need input from all of you Swedes, Finns and -(what are Norwegians called?)

My Uncle Mike wants to name his new wood-working business and he's come up with Yggdresil- the Tree of Life. So, he would like to pronounce it correctly- so, any help Oh, Cyber Geniuses?

I have absolutely no idea! We pretty much stick to the Norwegian food traditions around here. MIL swears she is related to a Norwegian princess, I'm sure she would know.

And I think Norwegians are...Norwegians. But I don't know.

This is my Uncle Mike, the former lobsterman, boatyard guy, etc.

He perhaps might have ingested a little to much in the way of illicit substances in the oh, let's just say the last 40+ years. (My uncles are closer to my age than my mother's)

But, if anyone ever needs anything constructed from wood, the man does the most amazing work. He used to do the teak and mahogany on the huge yachts built in Maine. There is nothing the man can't make. When we decide to get grown-up bedroom furniture, I think I'm going to have him do it.

and he makes the coolest racks for baseball bats and hockey sticks. too.

I like Tree of Life Woodworking personallly and he could find the ruenic spelling of Yggdresil for it as his logo?
