      Our Christmas was very nice, though it was one of those where you practically needed a spreadsheet to keep track of everyone's comings and goings. My husband stayed with my family the week before Christmas to do interviews in the area, and I stayed with them the week after Christmas because that's when I could get off work, and we only overlapped the 24th and 25th.

      My SIL worked her usual hostess magic for both Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner, so that was nice as always.

      Also, I got to meet my brother's fiancee (technically I'd already met her, but just very briefly), so now I'm over that. (She really is lovely.)

      All in all it was a nice one.
