I wonder how the prices will compare to the one we visit in Westchester. All the chains have higher prices in Manhattan than elsewhere. If it'll be on the level of Whole Foods and across the park, then I don't see the point.

Yeah, bingo. This is the first thing my husband said, too. "You know they're going to have New York prices."

Ohhh! I can't wait! Anything is better than Gristedes adn their ridiculous prices. I hate that store. We do most of our shopping from Fresh Direct but maybe we can go to a store again!

Fresh Direct won't deliver to our ghetto address! AND their geographical cutoff is just a few blocks from our building. We've walked past a Fresh Direct truck making deliveries on our way to the grocery store. Oh the injustice! My husband even called up and talked to the person in charge of distribution there to see if they could expand it a couple more blocks, and no dice.

Julie, Fresh Direct delivers to our zip code BUT not our building. Talk about injustice. I constantly see the truck around the corner and get mad.

Danielle, have you tried Fairway on 132nd? Same company as Fresh Direct.

I'll be happy with just some cartons from the back of the truck. Can we make them accidentally fall and be left behind?

I go to the Fairway on both 72nd and 132nd but the supermarkets are always so darn crowded. When you all decide to start flashing tires on Fresh Direct trucks make sure they aren't traveling uptown I am surprised they even deliver to our neighborhood. But then again, I only see the truck in front of our building everyday.
