I am struggling with all the paperwork and red tape necessary for moving to Grand Cayman. Has anybody else had to deal with all this? Where should I turn for answers? I contacted the local government on the island, but I feel like I'm not getting straight answers.

Contact the State Department- they're the ones who help do Visas and such on our end- they can probably help: http://www.state.gov and I found this that might help- there's a number listed for specific questions.
