He was just on the Today show singing with a kids choir. He's adorable, and his music is so much more than "country" IMO. His lyrics are fantastic, and I just feel kindness coming through (or at least I want to believe that). If you're in a later time zone, try to catch it. He sang one of my v. favorites "If I Had a Boat" .

Well, the dictator-tot was very disappointed to see Matt Lauer instead of Elmo. I turned it off because I wouldn't have been able to hear him over the caterwauling.
And I love "If I Had a Boat." My dad got to meet him about 10 years ago. I wish I had been there.Comment

Are our daughters twins? Apparently our tv can only display Elmo on it, 24/7. She has Elmo-Obsessive-Disorder (EOD). If something else is on the tele, she goes over and slaps it and screams Elmo until I make the red monster appear.dictator-tot was very disappointed to see Matt Lauer instead of Elmo
