    Sounds like something mine would do - mine was fine through the wedding planning but I dread the first child for that reason alone!

      Some MILs calm down after you have kids -- mine did. She wants to see our kids SO MUCH she bites her tongue now when ordinarily she would not have.... it's actually quite comical!

      On the other hand, some MILs get WAY worse.....

            Yes, two weeks ago they were here. We are their pit stop from TN to Chicago to see the other siblings. They are staying a week in Chicago so I am getting lucky to only host them one night. My blood pressure is still up.
