  • Favorite Dessert

Chocolate covered strawberries, red velvet cake, brownies with frosting, dulce de leche ice cream, cream cakes, peanut butter cups, mouse, frothy coffee concoctions.

I LIVE for dessert... Bring it on!

I better stop before I actually act on these urges and desires. I have to lose some weight before the summer.

          Kelly eats mice?

My favorite dessert varies by whim by the day. I'm very open-minded when it comes to dessert. Kelly's list has me craving brownies with frosting and as luck would have it, I have chocolate frosting in my fridge.

          Be strong....

Actually someone had a birthday party here at work today and I just helped myself to a second piece of cake.

                ooohh I've thought of more...

Seven layer bars and smore bars and those fruit layered french pastries and creme brulee....

Should I be embarrassed that this thread is consuming me?

                  tiramisu
cranberry-lime tart (I only make this around Thanksgiving/Xmas)
                  carrot cake

(I'm pretty sure Kelly meant mousse.)

Kelly, I just ran to the freezer to look for my stash of Thin Mints. I almost had a panic attack from not finding them but remembered my new hiding spot in knick of time.

I love 7 layer bars too!

Gah! I want a million things.

I've found good ones in Philly, but not like the Bronx.

Mouse would be pretty terrible, but so would moose. I do like mousse though!

I don't have one favorite. I love so many.

                        Tiramisu
Creme custard with marscapone (or cream cheese dessert) topping
                        Ice cream
                        really good pie
                        homemade cookies
                        chocolate and amaretto fondue

Got it. I want lemon cake for this sunny spring day. I have a cake pan that makes a daisy pattern on the cake. So pretty with powdered sugar dusted on top. I must have it.

                          Looks like this:
