No I am not attending a Depche Mode concert (darn!), but my kids are gone for the weekend! I have 48 hours without parenting responsibilities! I am in heaven in my house alone. Now if I could only have a beer.....

On the Depeche Mode theme ...

I was chatting w/my hairstylist and she was talking about wanting to go to a DM concert, but complaining about the price of the tickets ($75). We were talking about our DM memories from high school; wanting "Somebody" to be "our song", blah, blah, blah. The 18 yr old working at the other chair pipes in and says "Is Depeche Mode an OLD band?"

    :> Talk about feeling ancient.

I thought it was a warning to all the first time preggos. OR people who don't have 5 year olds yet.

So true! I just went bowling with four 5 year old and a 3 year old.

Enjoy having the house to yourself, Jennifer!

Ha, try 19 4 and 5 year olds!! Now that's a lot of noise! Enjoy the silence. My favorite part of the end of the day is not hearing my name repeated 50 times a minute.
