Proof that neurologists are wierdos

So, I was looking at the AAN website (don't ask, I'm not proud) and I saw the next THREE locations for their annual meetings. These meetings are the first part of April, mind you:

Chicago, Boston, and Seattle.

Hello? Isn't there someplace WARM we could go in early April? Even though we'll be living in someplace warm, who wants to get that early Spring cold that gets under your skin and sticks? The kind of cold where the sun deceives you into thinking that it's actually warm outside.

Guess he doesn't need to worry about me coming along until 2010.

I think the last two were in miami and san diego.
Personally, if I were going along, I'd prefer a 2 hour drive to Boston, than carting the rugrats on a 5.5 hour plane trip and a 3 hour time difference.
(which means she goes alone, as she did this past year, for an entire week)

umm ... Jenn ... two thoughts:

1. I didn't need proof. It's obvious.
2. Isn't it a little "pot calling the kettle" if you're spending time looking at the AAN website??

I SAID to ignore that part of the story.

(and actually I was really trying to see if they'd assigned the dates/times for the applicants for the boards. Why? To see when I can start planning my vacation/birthday bash because the Boards are 3, 2 and 1 week before my 40th, respectively. However, I found nothing except they've decided to go cold in the spring.)
